Our 2nd Anniversary!

Yesterday was our 2nd wedding anniversary.  We started the day off at the Denton dog park, Wiggly Field.  We were there alone for a while, but 5 other small dogs showed up to play with Coleman.  It was fun watching him try to be Alpha dog when he is only 5 pounds.  At night, we went to Uptown to Texas de Brazil.  It's one of those fancy "meat on stick" joints.  We had a Groupon.  The food was good and it wasn't very crowded.  Afterwards, we went to the Dubliner for a drink and people watching.

Our 1st Anniversary

David and I made it to our 1st Wedding Anniversary!  This has not been an easy year.  David got very sick when we got home from our honeymoon in New Zealand.  He has been hospitalized 4 times this year so far and we have 1 more to go.  That is what we have been concentrating on this whole time.  We were able to buy a house and move out of our apartment two months into the marriage. I transferred to a new job in March.  We have had almost all the life changes possible in 1 year.

We took the whole weekend off for our anniversary.  We went to the restaurant where we had our 1st date in Plano called Obzeet's.  We sat on the patio, ate dinner, drank martinis, and listened to a cover band.  On our 1st date we went to Two Rows for dessert, but it has since closed down.  We reminisced about what we did for our other anniversaries.  I said, "What did we do for our 3rd anniversary?"  He said, "I don't remember."  We thought for a while, then I said, "Wait a sec!  We got married!  Oh yeah, now I remember."  After, we went home and had cake from the bakery that made our wedding cake, Sweet Art Bakery.  It was delish!

Tommie & Bobby's Anniversary

Bobby threw a surprise Anniversary party for Tommie.  Everyone was there!  Tommie was very surprised.  I only took a few pictures.  We had lunch and peach pie.  Congratulations!

2 Years!

David and I had our 2 years anniversary yesterday. We went to Fogo de Chao in Addison. It is one of those restaurants where guys in funny pants bring your meat on a stick. There was like 7 different kinds of meat. They also have an amazing salad bar. We ate so much we were going to be sick! Then they brought us a free creme brulee for desert. It was very tasty. We went to Obzeet afterward. That is where we went on our 1st date.

Our 1st Anniversary

David and I had our 1 year anniversary on Wednesday! He sent me flowers at work from Dr. Delphinium. They were so pretty! I kept them at work for a few day because I didn't know how to get them home. Please would come in the office from the cardio room and ask abut them. They could see them through the window. I took a million pictures of them, but only posted a few. I got him a photo cube with random pictures of me to take to work. Saturday we went out to a fancy dinner at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse in Dallas. He ordered lamb, I had the fillet mignon. It was very good. Then we went to Two Rows for a drink. That is where we went on our first date. It was very sweet. He is a great boyfriend!
