Help Joe Groh

The Groh family used to come into the rec center all the time. They are very nice people. About a year or two ago they moved to Grapevine. So I haven't seen or talked to them in a long time. A few weeks ago, Joe, the father, had a bicycle accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. He is searching for the good samaritan who helped him. Here is a link to a news story about it on WFAA TV. Be warned, you will cry while watching this!

Hi Sara,

I'm Joe's sister and I want to thank you for putting up this posting. His attitude is absolutely incredible - he is going to make the most of this new phase in his life and he's the one who has been keeping everyone else going. Joe would love to hear from all his friends so give him a call. He will cheer you up!

Another metroplex new station did a story on Joe Friday evening. To view it, go to http://cw33.trb.com/?track-topnav. This video shows Joe's incredible determination and shows how people have come together during this difficult time.

Also, you can visit Joe's website at www.joegrohscifund.org.

Thank you to all for your love and support!
