6:00 AM-Bridesmaids meet at Sara’s apartment
6:30 AM-Bridesmaids hair appointment at Cutting Edge
9:00 AM-Sara & Bridesmaids / early photos (all hair & make-up done)
10:00 AM-David & Groomsmen arrive dressed / early photos
10:45 AM-Guest start seating
10:50 AM-Stage wedding procession
11:00 AM-Ceremony
11:30 AM-Appetizers / Family Photos / Slideshow
12:00 PM-Intro Bride & Groom / First Dance / Open Buffet
12:45 PM-Cake Cutting / Toast
1:00 PM-Bouquet / Garter on the balcony
1:15 PM-Father / Daughter Dance
