September 1st, 2007 at 8:15 AM, my dad, James Robert Anderson, shot a hole in one! He was playing in a "Shot Gun" game at Deer Creek Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida. Everyone tees off at the same time. He was on a par 3 and it was the first hit of the day. It bounced twice and went in. I didn't believe him at first, but he had 3 witnesses. He gets his name on a plaque at the club and in the newspaper. They put his name up on the door to the country club, so he can buy everyone a beer. Shouldn't it be the other way around?
