Our birthday plans were kinda dampened by the weather this weekend. Our original plan was to go to Turner Falls, Oklahoma and go camping. But the winter storm warning kept us away from there. So we decided to go in a different direction. But we weren't able to outrun the rain. We ended up turning back. We ate at Two Rows in Allen on the way back. Saturday, we chilled out all day. Then we went to Jorge's house warming party. We were the only ones there! He had canceled it and no one told me. So, we hung out for 2 drinks and went home. Sunday, we went to his mom's house for lunch and presents. I got him 3 shirts from the GAP. His step dad got him 2 new paddles for the canoe. His mom got me a late Christmas present. She got me a DVD player. That was very nice of her! It was a good birthday, but hopefully next year the weather will be better!
